Retail Customer Advisor
Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, and ensuring high department standards.
Responsibilities
1. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the store.
2. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
3. Addressing customer queries with great product knowledge.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and store standards by working with your team.
5. Performing various tasks on the shopfloor and other store areas, including stock management, cash handling, take-to-car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant services, offering opportunities to gain diverse skills and experience.
