This is a pivotal role providing strategic support across multiple business areas including HSQE, Specification, Service, Internal and External Sales, and other operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with key industry certifications and accreditations. You will also play a key role in supporting bids and tenders, monitoring new business opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, maintain, and oversee data related to current certifications. Ensure compliance with all standards related to certification and assist with tenders, PQQs, and customer supplier questionnaires. Collaborate with internal teams to support timely completion of tenders, NCRs, and PQQs, providing guidance on resolving compliance issues. Work with senior management to improve customer experience, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate CI meetings and help guide management in delivering agreed improvement actions. Support HSQE activities, including risk assessments, method statements, and audit compliance. Maintain the organisation’s legal register and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs), ensuring adherence to the latest building regulations, HSE, and Environmental Agency updates relevant to the construction industry. Person Specification: Experience with PQQs, tenders, and accreditations preferred. HSQE knowledge or experience is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. Skilled at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
