About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be a key leader, managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, inspiring your team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and lead by example to create a positive environment for your team and customers.
Responsibilities
* Set a positive example for the team and customers
* Manage store operations independently when needed
* Lead and motivate your team using Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
* Oversee deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
Requirements
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to support and motivate your team
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
