What We Offer:
* Driver positions only – help clients get out and about safely
* We cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration, and Blue Light Card (reimbursed after 4 weeks of work).
* Paid five-day induction and training course at our Abertillery office (national minimum wage once you have worked 100+ hours).

Role Responsibilities:
* Assisting or prompting individuals with medication and treatments
* Supporting personal care, such as washing and dressing
* Household duties including laundry, washing dishes, and tidying
* Moving individuals safely using specialist equipment
* Preparing food and assisting at mealtimes
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Accompanying clients on trips into the community
Requirements:
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
* Compassion, patience, and a desire to make a real difference
* Flexible availability (minimum 25 hours per week)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not required)
