This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a generalist role, with a strong Employee Relations (ER) focus.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in advising and supporting managers across the business, particularly in relation to employee relations matters, TUPE transfers, and redundancy processes. The role is varied, hands-on, and ideal for someone looking to make a real impact. There is potential for development within the role.
Car driver essential as there will be travel to multi sites roughly twice a month.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical, confident advice and coaching to line managers on a range of employee relations matters, including absence, long term sickness, exit interviews, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.

Attend formal hearings and meetings in an advisory capacity to ensure compliance with employment law and internal procedures.

Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and colleagues across the business.
*
Advise on Employment Law, working arrangements, contractual matters, employee communication and consultation.
*
Manage and support all aspects of TUPE transfers and redundancy processes.
*
Advise on employment legislation, terms and conditions, employee communications, and consultation processes — ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.

Support broader HR initiatives and provide assistance to the HR and administrative teams as required.

Take lead in managing HR IT Systems

Produce data-based dashboards/report/analysis as required
Skills/Experience required
*
Previous HR experience with a strong ER focus
*
Experience advising on Grievance and Disciplinaries
*
Ideally experience of supporting organisational change

Car and clean licence
