A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in the South East is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a broad range of quality work within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
* Lease renewals and assignments
* Property development and land promotion agreements
* Property finance and refinancing
* General property management and asset transactions
The team advises a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and owner-managed businesses.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical ability with a commercial and practical approach
* Proven experience managing your own caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive and collaborative team player
* Desire to build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development
