A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator
10. Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
11. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
12. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
13. Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
14. A focus on generating new and repeat business
15. Canvassing the local area
16. Door knocking and leaflet dropping
17. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Senior Sales Negotiator
18. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle

23. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)

The Finer Details
We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

26. Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old for non senior roles
27. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
