We are looking for a passionate Gardener to help maintain our beautiful landscapes and gardens to the highest standards. This is a unique opportunity to work in a biodiverse, art-filled environment that supports learning and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities General landscape maintenance: mowing, strimming, weeding, planting, pruning, and watering Keeping grounds clean, tidy, and safe Supporting event preparations and a wide variety of on-site activities Working collaboratively with the Gardens team to maintain a world-class visitor experience About You Experience in gardening, plant care, and groundskeeping Basic horticultural knowledge and willingness to learn more Confident operating garden machinery and holding a full UK driving licence Positive, proactive, and a great team player Bonus if you have: PA1/PA6 certificates or experience with ride-on mowers/tractors Why Join Us?
