About Us
Ascend is one of the North’s leading estate agents, specialising in both city and suburban living. We are known for exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results across all areas of the residential property market. As the UK’s leading manager of Single-Family Build to Rent housing, we’ve built a reputation for award-winning property management. With strong growth across the business, this is an exciting time to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace culture.
We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our head office team in Sale. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our continued growth and success.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager with a strong background in residential property management, ideally within the private rental sector. This opportunity would suit either an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career or an existing Senior Property Manager looking for a new challenge within a supportive and growing team.
You’ll play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring that service delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You’ll be confident in handling complex tenancy matters, making sound decisions, and working collaboratively across departments to uphold operational excellence.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. We\'re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable and highly organised, but also personable, proactive, and solution-focused, someone who is genuinely committed to delivering a first-class experience to both landlords and tenants.
As a senior team member, we’d love you to share your knowledge and experience — acting as a mentor, offering guidance, and supporting the development of junior team members to build capability, confidence, and consistency across the department.
