THE ROLE.
The Systems Administration team at Foundry are primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s endpoint computing workstations and the core infrastructure systems.
The ideal candidate will be interested in Systems & Network administration. Experience with installing, using and maintaining enterprise workstations, cloud services and IT infrastructure is a great benefit. Ideally you have experience with Linux, Windows, MacOS, basic network configuration and hardware maintenance.
The role will be based in London and you will be required to travel and provide support for other offices on a regular basis.
You will be joining Foundry’s System Operation team reporting to the IT Manager. You will also work closely with the rest of the IT team, provide regular updates on progress and be responsible for the timely delivery of work utilising our ticketing system. Working as part of a small team, you will be expected to assist with a range of support calls and tasks.

Requirements
Required
* Familiarity with Linux setup and management (RHEL or Ubuntu)
* Interest in computer networking and enterprise systems
* Experience with local and remote desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Strong Cyber-Security awareness and ethics
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Well-organised and self-starter with good time management
Desirable
* Experience with firewalls or switches
* Experience of working in an enterprise environment
* Understanding of ITIL framework
* Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
* Scripting experience (bash, Python, PowerShell)
* Knowledge of Virtual Machine Management (VMWare, KVM etc.)
