We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Community Social Care Team in Islington. This exciting role covers both Paediatric and Adult services, offering a unique opportunity to deliver life-changing interventions that promote independence, safety, and wellbeing for service users across the borough. Key Responsibilities Carrying out comprehensive, person-centred assessments for both children and adults. Recommending and arranging equipment, rehabilitation programmes, and housing adaptations. Leading on complex cases, including manual handling and postural management. Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to achieve the best outcomes. Ensuring practice is in line with safeguarding responsibilities, legislation, and best practice. Recording accurate case notes and producing professional reports. Skills & Experience Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration. Experience of working within community-based OT services (Paediatrics and/or Adults). Knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and risk assessment frameworks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
