We are seeking a motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ-1 years) to join our Litigation & Recoveries team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in litigation, dispute resolution and debt recovery, working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
What you'll do:
* Manage a supervised caseload of litigation and recovery matters
* Draft legal documents and provide clear, practical advice to clients
* Conduct research and help deliver commercially focused solutions
* Support business development and ensure compliance with firm policies
About you:
* NQ or up to 1 year PQE in litigation, dispute resolution, or debt recovery
* Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
* A proactive team player with a genuine interest in developing your career
