Key Responsibilities
General Administration
* Managing administrative workflows and trackers.
* Maintaining structured digital filing systems.
* Preparing professional documents and correspondence.
* Managing shared inboxes and supplier communications.
* Tracking operational tasks and follow-ups.
Operational Coordination
* Monitoring purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records.
* Coordinating between warehouse, purchasing, and management.
* Maintaining operational trackers and reporting sheets.
* Following up on pending actions and deadlines.
Compliance & Documentation
* Maintaining regulatory and licensing documentation.
* Organising supplier approvals and audit records.
* Managing contracts and document version control.
* Supporting compliance preparation.
Finance & Admin Support
* Preparing documentation for bookkeeping and accounting.
* Organising invoices and reconciliation support.
* Tracking operational expenses.
Business Support
* Calendar and meeting coordination.
* HR and recruitment administration support.
* Maintaining SOPs and internal procedures.
Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative or operations experience.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
