The Underfloor Heating Store is one of the UK’s largest suppliers for Underfloor Heating. Acting as a one stop shop for all underfloor heating enquiries and specialising in both water and electric based systems. The company has deep roots within the marketplace having been established since 2008. Now a part of the Highbourne Group which proudly consists of City Plumbing, PTS, DHS, NSS, The Underfloor Heating Store, PlumbNation and PlumbWorld serving trade and consumer customers across the new build, social housing, and repairs & maintenance sectors of the residential and commercial construction categories.
Responsibilities :
Our Underfloor and EE Manager are expected to take responsibility for being the first port of call in the showroom, and to handle face to face customers with a five-star customer service approach to secure the potential sale. To proactively develop new and existing relationships with engineers and installers and to process customer quotes, orders, and enquiries across our entire underfloor heating range. To ensure customers receive a fast and efficient response to sales enquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s reputation for service. You will process and recognise your customers’ needs and requirements and will upsell where appropriate to do so. You will then be tasked with following back on your customers quote to answer any questions and convert into a sale. You will be well versed in managing a sales pipeline and following up on enquiries and leads.
* Managing inbound calls for Trade Counter and Core Sales when avaliable.
* Outbound calling to maximise sales opportunities.
* Managing and increasing footfall, alongside generating appointments leading to closing the sale.
* Work alongside the CPS show room team to exceed sales targets.
* To assist with quotations and orders and ensuring HubSpot and Orderwise are up to date with relevant notes.
Brand image
* Raise awareness of the Trade Counter by telephone and online platforms in line with the brand guidelines
* Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards • To ensure the showroom is neat and tidy, and the displays are always operational
Customer Service
* Assisting any walk ins though consultation
* Being on hand for collections
* To ensure that customers are always extended the highest levels of customer service
* To deal promptly with any customer complaints and escalate appropriately
* To provide accurate advice
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will be a flexible person who enjoys working as part of a small team. You will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience (2 years +) in a customer service, account management, sales, or telesales role.
* Proven success record in engaging with clients and closing sales in a similar environment
* Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
* Familiarity with local market
* Confident and pro-active on the phone with a tenacious attitude.
* Excellent numeracy, accuracy, literacy, and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft systems; Excel, Word, and Outlook. CRM knowledge will also be appreciated
