Role Information: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Cyber Security Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Group’s digital assets and infrastructure.You will lead the identification, analysis, and response to complex cyber threats, ensuring that security incidents are swiftly contained and thoroughly investigated.Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a robust security posture, supporting proactive and reactive security operations, and advising on best practices across the business. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will act as a key stakeholder in developing and enforcing security policies, including patch management and IT security standards.You will work closely with IT teams and other business units to ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.Your role will also involve conducting regular risk assessments, supporting audits, and continuously improving the Group’s security strategy and roadmap. A vital part of your role will be to foster a culture of security awareness across the Group.You will assist in creating and delivering engaging cyber security awareness training, helping staff understand their role in protecting company data and systems.As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior analysts, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall maturity of the security function.
