It runs it. TikTok Shop is where content becomes commerce in real time - where creators sell, communities convert, and trends turn into GMV overnight. As TikTok shop manager, you own this space end-to-end: the strategy, the performance, the execution - and the results. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE As our TikTok Shop Business Manager, you are the day-to-day owner of Coty's TikTok Shop business. You will scale GMV profitably by turning platform behaviour into commercial action - across assortment, affiliate commerce, content, live shopping, and operations - in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment where momentum matters. You will manage: Own the TikTok Shop business - Define and execute the TikTok Shop strategy by brand, aligned to UK&I commercial priorities - Own GMV, sell-out performance, and core commercial KPIs - Translate TikTok trends into clear actions across range, bundles, promotions, and content focus - Act as the single point of ownership for TikTok Shop across iconic brands - Lead TikTok Shop assortment and range strategy in partnership with Brand, Category, and Supply teams - Create TikTok-exclusive bundles and value propositions that feel native to the platform Scale affiliate & content commerce - Own affiliate performance across GMV, content volume, engagement, and conversion - Own the full product lifecycle: launches, pipe-fill, replenishment, run-down and discontinuation - Forecast NPD performance and actively manage slow-moving or at-risk stock - Build incentive structures that motivate creators and unlock sales at pace - Partner with Influencer Marketing teams to turn creators into consistent traffic and conversion drivers - Test, learn, and optimise content formats that actually sell - not just trend Drive live shopping & media impact - Manage live-streaming partners to scale frequency, quality, and commercial return - Partner with Digital and Media teams to shape and optimise TikTok Shop media strategy - Ensure paid media, live activity, and promotions are aligned to stock and commercial priorities Deliver commercial discipline - Own TikTok Shop forecasting, stock, and order management - Monitor stock-in-trade closely and proactively manage risks and opportunities - Place orders in line with forecasts, launches, and promotional plans - Support Customer Service teams on fulfilment, orders, and issue resolution - Build and manage the TikTok Shop promotional calendar and execution Turn data into decisions - Pull and analyse TikTok Shop performance reports - Track KPIs vs benchmarks and targets - Deliver clear performance read-outs with actions and recommendations - Use data to inform range decisions, affiliate focus, promotions, and media investment YOU ARE A COTY FIT You are a hands-on commercial operator with a genuine obsession for TikTok and social commerce. You're comfortable owning performance end-to-end, moving fast, and making decisions with imperfect information.
