Job Description
Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will:
1. Provide service to guests in the comfort of their room or suite.
2. Ensure smooth and efficient service and payment processes.
3. Set up trolleys, hot boxes, and deliver amenities to guests.
4. Work discretely, professionally, and unobtrusively.
5. Observe the room and guest to identify additional service opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are preferred, but a genuine passion for the role is the key differentiator.
To succeed, you should have:
1. Experience in a luxury service environment.
2. An excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
3. Impeccable presentation and authentic customer service skills.
4. The ability to engage effectively with guests, which is one of your greatest assets.
