An opportunity to join a growing Client Life-Cycle team focused on enhancing the end-to-end onboarding journey for private clients, charities, and complex structures such as SIPPs and trusts.
The role supports client-facing and internal teams by maintaining accurate static data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and streamlining onboarding processes. Responsibilities include data hygiene management, liaising with stakeholders across the business, and contributing to continuous improvement through both system and process change.
Candidates should have a foundational understanding of onboarding in a wealth management context, including familiarity with AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID II, and US QI regulations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams are essential.
