About The Company
Ingfield Manor School is a non-maintained special school and part of Salutem Care and Education who have services across England and Wales supporting adults and children in residential and educational Environments.
Based in its our own idyllic grounds, Ingfield Manor School offers extensive specialist facilities with the aim to provide an exceptional learning environment, helping children and young people fulfil their potential. Facilities include woodland and outdoor classroom space, high specification sensory room and swimming pool.

Our IMS provision caters for students aged 3—19 years with neurological motor impairment such as Cerebral Palsy and associated medical and sensory needs. Following the Conductive Education approach, Ingfield Manor School focuses on the holistic development of everyone, including their physical and communication skills. Our residential provision Acorns provides respite care for students, from Monday to Friday during term time.
Our Woodview provision is for secondary aged students with special educational needs including speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and autistic spectrum conditions (ASC)

About The Role
Waking Night Support Worker – Term Time Only
Hours: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 24 hours per week (7:00pm–7:00am). Some shifts may require an earlier start.
Contract: Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Salary: £14,932–£15,092 per annum (£13.95–£14.10 per hour)
Full-Time Equivalent: £29,016–£29,328 (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a caring and reliable Night Support Worker to join our small residential team. You will work alongside two colleagues to support the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of young people overnight. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help create a calm, supportive environment and ensure each young person starts and ends their day well.
Key Responsibilities

Support young people with their evening and morning routines, ensuring a settled bedtime and a positive start to the day.
Carry out regular 15‑minute night checks and respond to individual needs, including personal care where required.
Complete night logs, wellbeing records, and any other required documentation before the end of your shift.
Work closely with evening and morning staff, including taking part in structured handovers.
Contribute to fire safety procedures and assist with evacuation if needed.
Monitor the security of the building throughout the night.
Maintain high standards of physical and emotional care.
Ensure the environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming, including routine laundry and light domestic tasks between checks.
Take part in ongoing staff training and development.
Support with physical facilitation of students and movement of furniture/equipment as required.Our Core Values:
