🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Test Systems & Innovation
* Design and develop robust test systems for production, NPI, and prototype builds
* Translate requirements into effective hardware/software test solutions
* Maintain and calibrate test equipment to the highest standards
Diagnostics & Technical Expertise
* Perform advanced fault-finding down to component level
* Use tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to diagnose complex issues
* Support troubleshooting at board and system level
* Act as a technical mentor to engineers and technicians
1. Continuous Improvement
* Drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce test time, and enhance processes
* Analyse data to identify trends and recurring issues
* Lead root cause analysis activities
Collaboration & Communication
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
* Produce clear technical documentation and test procedures
* Support product verification and release activities
🧠What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
* Strong hands-on experience in test, diagnostics, or production engineering
* Excellent fault-finding skills at component level
* Experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
* Background in an electronic manufacturing/production environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
