This role would suit a newly qualified individual or an experienced Solicitor seeking a new career opportunity with a well established law firm. Duties include managing a busy and varied workload overseeing sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title. Experience in a similar role is required along with the relevant qualifications in Scottish property law. Person Specification Qualified Solicitor with experience of Conveyancing. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with a range of internal and external contacts to achieve required outcomes. Capable of working with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
