* Lead the development and implementation of new Community Benefit funds.

* Drive innovation in community engagement, using data and insights to inform strategy.

Proven leadership in stakeholder engagement, community investment, or public affairs.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience managing complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
* Knowledge of the UK utilities sector and regulatory frameworks (RIIO model preferred).
* Strategic thinker with a passion for community impact and sustainability.
