Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls/visitors, mail, and email as required.
Maintains files and records.
Arranges business travel within the UK and internationally. Manages diaries and coordinates meeting arrangements.
Coordinates the organization of business functions and some social events for the team.
Completes expense submissions on behalf of the leadership team. Handles invoice creation and administration.
Produces presentations and board reports.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
