Job Title: Sales and Membership Support
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide sales support and meet challenging membership targets.
2. Assist in raising the profile to new audiences and enhancing our reputation.
3. Process memberships and payments, organize and deliver sales, retention, and open day events.
4. Contribute to the development and management of the sales plan.
5. Evaluate promotional activities and understand customer needs through market research.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in sales within a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical, numeracy, and literacy skills.
This role is for 35 hours per week on a shift system, which may include evenings, weekends, and occasional Bank Holidays.
