Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Physical Education Teacher to join our talented team. As a middle leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the next phase of curriculum development for our PE department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and innovative Physical Education lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
* Lead the development and implementation of the PE curriculum, ensuring alignment with school objectives and educational standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support to facilitate continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Physical Education.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in teaching Physical Education at the secondary level.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues and students.

* Proven track record of improving outcomes for young people and driving educational excellence.
