Job Description Role Overview The BP Global OEM Lead is a senior, high-visibility leadership role responsible for setting and executing the BP global strategy for engagement with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients while acting as the Client Account Manager (CAM) for priority global OEM accounts. This role owns end-to-end accountability for OEM client relationships, growth strategy, account performance, capture, and delivery outcomes across Buildings Places and cross–Business Line (XBL) services. The position blends global strategic leadership with hands-on CAM execution, ensuring disciplined growth, strong client advocacy, and sustained account performance worldwide. This position will assume greater leadership responsibilities in the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. It is essential to have solid expertise in the defense sector and a strong network across OEMs within these regions. While the BP Global OEM Lead will also be involved in work across the Americas, they will be able to depend on leadership team members in this geography to supplement their efforts. This position will report to the BP Head of Strategy and Growth, and will work closely with our Global Governments Team, EURI Region Defense Market Sector Leader and other business line and regional leaders in the OEM space. Key Objectives Drive sustainable global revenue growth across priority OEM accounts aligned to BP and enterprise strategy Develop existing and new OEM clients into core global BP and XBL accounts with multi-region penetration Act as single-point CAM accountability for assigned OEM accounts, owning strategy, pipeline, bookings, and client satisfaction Establish and scale high-performing global CAM teams as accounts mature Core Responsibilities Global OEM Strategy & Leadership Set and own the global BP OEM engagement strategy, identifying priority accounts and growth pathways across regions Lead initial global engagement with target OEMs, transitioning to regional CAM team models as accounts scale Coordinate with BP Regional Leadership Teams to ensure local execution aligns with global strategy Build and lead a cross-Business Line global network to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions Client Account Management (CAM) – Full Accountability Serve as CAM for assigned global OEM accounts, owning the client relationship at executive level Develop and maintain strategic account plans, opportunity targets, and multi-year growth roadmaps Drive pipeline development, bookings, and portfolio quality across regions and business lines Maintain monthly situational awareness of account performance, pipeline health, and projections Sales, Capture & Pursuit Leadership Identify critical pursuits and coordinate executive sponsorship, capture leadership, and governance Own and lead major pursuits and proposals, ensuring capture plans, pricing, risk management, and compliance are in place Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to maximize pursuit effectiveness and win probability Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast performance Account Performance, Risk & Compliance Monitor contract performance, bookings, and capacity utilization across OEM programs Act as client advocate and ombudsman, resolving issues and de-conflicting Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) Ensure compliance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and governance requirements Review client feedback, performance reports, and recovery plans as required Team Building & Leadership Build and lead Global, Cross Business Line (XBL) CAM teams aligned to account maturity and growth plans Mentor capture managers, pursuit leaders, and account team members Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centricity across regions Brand, Profile & Market Engagement Partner with Global and Regional Marketing & Communications to raise AECOM’s profile with OEM clients Represent BP in strategic client forums, industry engagements, and executive discussions Reporting Line Reports to Head of Strategy & Growth, Global Buildings Places Travel Global travel expected (approximately up to two weeks per month), with emphasis on key OEM markets across the Americas, EURI, MEA, and ANZ
