SEN Teacher - Learning Difficulties - Bury St EdmundsREED Education are proud to be working with a variety of SEN schools across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. We work closely with a fantastic school, located in the Centre of Bury St Edmunds, who are now looking for a committed teacher, to join their team from September 2025.

About the School:

* Specialist school that caters for children and young people with learning difficulties and/or medical needs
* Caters for children of early years, primary and secondary ages
* Provides bespoke educational programme, tailored to the children's individual needs
* Purpose built, modern building with all necessary technology and equipment to be able to support the needs and requirements of all children
* Each classroom has its own outdoor space accessible by wide glass doors

The Role:

* Provide quality teaching and learning as a class teacher, leading to pupils making good to outstanding progress
* Working closely with a teams of teaching assistants; providing guidance and direction where needed
* Full-time and permanent
* MPS/UPS + SEN allowance
* Opportunities to progress into senior leadership positions
* Liaising with families/carers/third party agencies
