The Senior Sales Executive will be experienced in the audio-visual industry. They will be responsible for generating income through equipment / installations sales from enquiry through to after sales assistance and will provide support to the wider Sales Team. Responsible for actively contributing to sales development and the retention and satisfaction of all customers.
In addition to product sales, the Senior Sales Executives will be responsible for leading, developing and mentor the local sales team.

Your day will look like this:
1. Leading and mentoring the local sales team including; team building/improvement and helping to develop sales strategies.
2. Enriching business relationships with current and potential clients
3. Research and make recommendations for new products, learn about new trends to identify future opportunities and knowledge of technical aspects
4. Follow up and develop leads, including enquiries fielded via sales administrators and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and positive manner
5. Actively pursue installation projects, acquiring contracts through client liaison, remaining as first point of contact as required
6. Engage in marketing activities to support the expansion of our case study portfolio, raising profile through project work
7. Participate in tender / bidding processes, providing correct documentation
8. Manage equipment sales from start to finish, handling enquires, preparing quotations and chasing leads
9. Confirm orders, instructing equipment preparation staff of the process.
10. Assist with stock management using the Company asset-tracking software
11. Offer expertise and advice on technical, product and procedural matters
12. Ensure that payment terms and conditions are effectively communicated to customers and liaise with the accounts team to ensure that invoices are prepared, despatched and settled promptly
13. Develop effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, initiate and manage customer relationships and identify / resolve any problems
14. Assist with the delivery and hand-over of equipment sales and with sales-related logistics
15. Assist project management of equipment installations, including responding to requests promptly, verifying all installation designs in liaison with technical team.
Your profile:
16. Educated to industry related degree level (or equivalent)
17. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales experience within the audio-visual sector, with a proven
18. track record and client base.
19. Right to work and remain in the UK
20. Previous, strong experience and knowledge of the audio-visual field and associated markets
21. A proven track record in sales, the sales process and sales management
22. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people of all professional levels,
23. including the ability to establish rapport and promote the ethos of the business to customers
24. Effective administration skills, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use database software is essential
25. Flexibility and adaptability, capable of multitasking, while remaining calm under pressure
26. Demonstrate an ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
27. Ability to anticipate problems and find effective solutions aligned to the Company's policies procedures.
