Circa £30,000 + bonus
We're seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the UK dental-care market. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK retail, wholesale
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for there product portfolio.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing movements, and category opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver product presentations and commercial proposals to buyers and key decision-makers.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to management.
* Attend trade shows and customer meetings to represent the brand and build industry relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development, specifically consumer products
* Strong understanding of UK retail and distribution channels
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and events
