Qualifications
* 3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
* Experience leading a team of 8+ kitchen staff
* Strong HACCP knowledge and food hygiene level 2
* Confident with menu planning and costing
* Level 2 culinary qualification (or equivalent)
