Role Responsibilities
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a Thornbury primary school, you will:
Support teaching and learning across a variety of subjects including English, Maths, and foundation subjects
Deliver pre-planned lessons or interventions when required
Work closely with teachers to create a stimulating classroom environment
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils progress
Assist children in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential
