As Yard Supervisor, you'll oversee the production and logistics of specialist mortars, applying your expertise in yard operations. You'll lead your team with precision and safety, delivering high-quality materials that preserve architectural heritage on every project.
The responsibilities we'll trust you with
· You'll supervise and coordinate daily yard operations, ensuring an efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
· You'll oversee the production of traditional building materials, maintaining consistently high quality standards.
· You'll manage stock levels, raw materials, and order fulfilment using the company's IT systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· You'll oversee dispatch operations so that every delivery leaves on time, well-prepared, and ready to impress the customer.
· You'll uphold a safe, secure, and compliant working environment, promoting best practice in all yard activities.
· You'll guide, mentor, and support the yard team, building a culture of productivity, cooperation, and pride in the work you deliver together.

· You'll have practical skills operating forklifts or telehandlers, supported by relevant certifications.
· You'll demonstrate strong expertise in Health & Safety, ensuring safe, compliant working environments.
