We are now looking for an Support Analyst to join our Technology team at Monsoon Accessorize. This will be a business facing role, responsible for delivering warehouse systems software support primarily Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (Dispatcher 2019), Island pacific, and our Returns systems.
Additionally the role will also provide some secondary cover to broader systems across Retail and Merchandising and Integrations.
The role will ensure accurate, smooth processing between systems. The role is based in our Distribution Centre's offices, in Wellingborough.
What you will do as our Support Analyst?
1. Admin/Support of the Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher 2019) and Returns management software
2. Key contact for DC users for support and training.
3. Liaising with Technology teams to resolve issues, review processes and full e2e testing.
4. Checking and investigating any issues with files (API) flow to and from the connected systems
5. Systems testing and UAT testing
6. Covering broader IT support teams where needed
7. Occasional out of hours support will be required.
8. Saturday working
What you will need to succeed as our Support Analyst?
9. Enjoys hands on technical problem solving.
10. Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex logic to non-technical audiences.
11. Highly numerate and excited to work with data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items.
12. Possesses a positive “can do” attitude and can think outside the box to overcome obstacles.
13. Plans and prioritises effectively on a short, medium and long term basis.
14. Builds strong working relationships with people of all levels from varying areas of the business, internal and external.
15. Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond.
16. Behaves consistently and with integrity always.
17. Desirable - I.T. support experience
18. Desirable - Experience of working in the retail and/or distribution space
