The role is responsible for supporting the product manager in defining and executing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. This includes maintaining a well‑organised product backlog, ensuring effective system maintenance, and contributing to a clear product vision informed by user feedback, business needs, and data-driven insights. The position plays a critical part in enhancing user experience, improving adoption, and optimising product performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the execution of the product roadmap and contribute to defining long‑term product vision and strategy.
2. Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well‑defined backlog items.
3. Proactively analyse user needs, market trends, and business priorities to inform product decisions.
4. Ensure continuous improvement of the product through regular feedback loops and data insights.
5. Maintain a clear, prioritised, and organised product backlog aligned to business value.
6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure user stories are well understood and ready for development.
7. Support release planning and ensure readiness of features, enhancements, and fixes.
8. Oversee routine system maintenance and ensure the product remains stable, reliable, and user‑focused.
9. Investigate issues, conduct analysis, and work with both technical teams and business users to resolve problems efficiently.
10. Identify opportunities to improve product performance, process efficiency, and user experience.
11. Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance user experience and drive adoption across the organisation.
12. Gather, interpret, and present user feedback to influence product improvements.
13. Develop strong domain expertise to support business users and champion product value.

Ability to develop deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, limitations, and user base. Leverages this knowledge to advise stakeholders and make informed decisions.
