Salary: From £25,000 + per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours available)
We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity with one of our long-standing clients who is looking to welcome a Legal Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant into their team. This is a brilliant role for someone seeking their next challenge within a supportive and professional environment.
The position sits within the Property Department and offers an immediate start for the right candidate. You'll be joining a well-established firm where your skills and experience will be truly valued, with the chance to contribute to a busy and successful conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant:
• Experience handling conveyancing cases from initial instruction through to completion
• The ability to support Fee Earners during the pre-exchange process
• Confidence working independently on post-exchange and post-completion tasks
• Previous experience using relevant conveyancing portals and case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Previous experience in legal support
• Experience managing clients and case files
