An opportunity has arisen at our Derby office, for a Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our Commercial Property.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our Commercial Property team.
The role involves working for a wide range of clients including local business, and property investors. The successful candidate will handle a general caseload including freehold and leasehold acquisition matters, landlord and tenant matters and will be involved with client development to build their own caseload.
Key Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
* Ideally 3-5 years PQE experience.
* Experience of working in commercial property.
* Experience and knowledge of a variety of transactional matters e.g. secured lending, Property development work, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and efficiently. Contributes to business development activities, including networking and attending sector events.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
