About The Opportunity:

With a broad and comprehensive induction programme, you will receive some of the best product training along with industry-leading training and coaching methodology.
* You will work with some of the largest and most recognised brands in the automotive retail sector.
* Be instrumental from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and be an integral part of the DMS rollout project.
* You will coach, train, and develop the Aftersales or Accounts teams within retail dealerships on the new DMS platform, ready for ‘Go Live’.
* Support the aftersales dealer team and be the ‘product guru’ throughout the project.
About You:
You will come from either an automotive retail sales or aftersales dealer background with experience working with retail dealership DMS platforms or for a DMS provider, with a comprehensive understanding of the dealer/OEM environment.
You will work in an autonomous and responsible role, involving travel across various parts of the UK.
* Previous DMS understanding is essential.
* Previous training/coaching experience is an advantage.
* Excellent organisation and planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
* A proven background in improvement and problem-solving activities/projects.
