Role Purpose
To oversee and actively participate in the daily operations and maintenance of a private family residence, ensuring the property is well maintained, secure, and running smoothly. This role combines leadership with a hands-on approach; personally handling routine maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and maintaining household systems to the highest standards of functionality and presentation.
This position will differ depending on the needs and activities of the Principals.
Key Responsibilities
• Hands-On Maintenance: Carry out minor repairs and routine maintenance across the residence and grounds, including plumbing, lighting, heating, and basic carpentry. Regularly inspect building systems and address issuesCore skills required
