Main Purpose of the role:
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals.
You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. Your responsibilities include targeted marketing, canvassing, developing business contacts for referrals, and managing market appraisals and instructions with support from a nearby hub office, sales negotiators, and admin staff.

This is a fully employed position. Our partners have the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their area. They provide end-to-end service from valuation to sale completion.
