The Maintenance Engineer will be required to work as part of a team on a shift pattern to provide maintenance support to manufacturing. This will include the implementation and management and sustainment of continuous improvement activities to ensure we produce a world class product which exceeds our customer requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Complies at all times to Company SHE directives
* Responsibility for the maintaining of machines, equipment and services for UPA.
* Assisting with the implementation of the TPM programme.
* Responding to machine breakdowns.
* Improving equipment uptime throughout the factory.
* Support and involvement in improvement initiatives e.g. SUBO, OCC
* Support the installation of equipment and services as applicable, and appropriate
* Communicate faults, findings, and rectification to Production and Function Leaders

* Capable and prepared to work ‘alone’ when carrying out job function.
* Enthusiastic, results orientated, self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
