Recruitment Resourcer supports the recruitment team by finding suitable candidates, managing applications and maintaining the smooth running of day‑to‑day processes. This role is ideal for someone organised, people‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates using job boards, social media, adverts and online platforms
* Screen CVs and contact candidates to discuss roles and suitability
* Manage applicant flow and respond to candidate queries quickly
* Write clear engaging job advertisements
* Keep candidate information and internal systems accurate and up to dateSupport Recruiters with arranging interviews and managing candidate pipelines
* Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
What You Need
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to work within timescales quickly and effectively
* Strong customer service approach in a fast‑moving environment
* Positive attitude with motivation to learn and grow
* Computer‑literate and comfortable using online tools and platforms
* Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given
* You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
