As Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned work during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain focused, behaviour is managed consistently and learning continues smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4, following set work and lesson instructions
* Establishing a calm, purposeful classroom environment using the school’s routines
* Managing behaviour consistently and escalating concerns appropriately

* Liaising with teaching staff and pastoral teams to share relevant information
