We are recruiting for a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to work closely with a young boy with SEMH, ADHD, and ASD. This role involves not only academic support but also coordinating enrichment projects such as farm visits and go-karting. The appointment begins immediately and spans the academic year until September 2025.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with hard-to-reach students
Calm, confident, and creative when addressing challenging behaviours
Experience with students who have ADHD, ASD, or trauma backgrounds
A natural problem-solver who can offer engaging real-world projects
