What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll support the growth of our business by:
Building and managing client relationships – understanding hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
Partnering with recruitment consultants to ensure successful candidate placements.
Managing the recruitment process – from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
🔹 Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) – essential for supporting our Benelux clients and candidates (mandatory)
🔹 Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, Non-Tech or Tech (tech recruitment experience is preferred).
🔹 Ambitious & sales-driven – eager to build a career in tech recruitment and account management.
🔹 A great communicator – confident in speaking with clients and candidates.
🔹 Organized & proactive – able to manage multiple accounts and recruitment processes.
🔹 A team player – working collaboratively to deliver the best results.
🔹 Passionate about the tech industry – interested in working with innovative companies.
