Salary: GBP38,500 per annum
About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Experience Manager to lead our commitment to student success and satisfaction. This pivotal role involves strategically managing the end:to:end student journey, ensuring the delivery of high:quality support services, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive community.
Responsibilities:
 * Lead and develop the Student Experience team, setting clear service standards and performance goals.
 * Oversee and enhance key stages of the student journey, including orientation, induction, ongoing support, and graduation.
 * Manage the provision of pastoral care and non:academic support, serving as a key point of escalation for complex student welfare issues.
 * Develop and implement student engagement and retention initiatives informed by data analysis 
 * Collaborate closely with academic departments, central support services, and the Students Union to ensure a seamless and integrated student experience.
 * Ensure compliance with all relevant institutional and external regulations concerning student administration and welfare.
Required Qualifications:
 * Proven management experience in a student support, student services, or higher education administration environment.
 * Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high:performing team.
 * Strong understanding of the student journey and the challenges facing a diverse student population.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
