With a medium-sized team, it provides a collaborative and professional working environment. Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Collections. Work alongside various specialist curators within the organisation. Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support the organisation of events and meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met.Profile A successful Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience in a similar role within an art gallery or museum. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners.Job Offer A competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000 per annum.
