Duties:
* Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
* Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals
* Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants are using correct form
* Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals
* Monitor participants' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
* Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction with a minimum of a level 3 certificate in personal training is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology
* Ability to educate and communicate effectively with participants of all fitness levels
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others
* Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required (or willingness to obtain)
* Must be able to pass a background check
