M&E Supervisor – Water / MEICA Engineering Projects Location: Bridgend, South Wales About the Role Are you an experienced and driven professional with a background in MEICA engineering? OCU Group is seeking a skilled M&E Supervisor to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities across our water and utilities projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate MEICA engineering projects from inception to completion. Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Lead construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work. Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor budgets. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Promote a strong safety culture through meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections. Mentor junior staff and support their professional development. What We’re Looking For Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering. Health and safety certifications (SSSTS required; SMSTS desirable). CompEx EX11 or EX9/10 training (desirable). Proven supervisory experience in MEICA or construction projects.
