As part of our continued growth and digital transformation, we are creating a brand new role for a driven and commercially focused eCommerce Lead to join our Sales and Marketing team. About the role: This role will take ownership of our eCommerce strategy and execution, with a focus on optimising our online platforms to drive sales, improve user experience, and increase customer engagement. You will work collaboratively with our in-house software development, UX, and marketing teams to continually enhance the performance and commercial impact of our digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead initiatives to grow online sales and revenue across our websites • Analyse website performance and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities • Collaborate with the UX team to improve customer journeys and site usability • Optimise product listings, navigation, and merchandising strategies • Implement A/B testing to maximise conversion rates • Increase customer engagement through data-driven content and feature enhancements • Develop and implement strategies to recover abandoned baskets • Identify and define new digital features that enhance user interaction and encourage repeat purchases What we need from you: Essential Skills & Experience • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans • Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach • Understanding of UX principles and digital marketing best practices • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions Desirable Skills & Experience • Previous experience in a similar eCommerce or digital optimisation role • Familiarity with the UK education sector and its customer base • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with technical and creative teams What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • 26 days holiday • A collaborative team environment focused on innovation and quality • The opportunity to make a measurable impact within a trusted national brand
