The Surveyor plays a vital role by assessing and capturing the required elements that form the basis for submissions, operating across the South East. Full training will be provided, however a full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
The Role:
* Carrying out surveyors of commercial properties across the whole of the UK (particularly south east England).
* The surveys consist of identifying qualifying capital expenditure of plant and machinery for business and property owners.
* This role involves a combination of tax, property, and surveying expertise to maximize capital allowances claims under CAA 2001 Legislation.

1. Driving to Survey Commercial Properties across the UK.
2. Capturing all the relevant items within a property with our internal system.
